1. I am listening to the game on LSU sports.net. This team just from reading and listening could be the best team in many years. I am calling my shot LSU national camps Baseball 2004......
  2. The intimidator still looks impressive doesn't it?:tigerbase:tigerbase:tigerbase
  3. Is it still up? If not what is in its place???
  4. I'm not sure if they have changed it this year or not but if they had you probably would have seen it posted here by now. I say don't change a thing it looks great. I mean until next year when we add 2004.:tigerbase:tigerbase:tigerbase
  5. Its still there.

As an aside, Clay Dirks is terrible is he not?
  6. Did you watch the same game I did? Dirks pitched a complete game shutout and only allowed 2 Tulane runners as far as second base.
  7. I think he was kidding, you were kidding weren't you?
  8. of course he was kidding. cmon, BB, wake up.
  9. Dirks 9 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K. Retired 20 of final 22 batters he faced.

LSU got their six runs on the strength on 14 hits. Neither team made an error. 10,916 paid attendance.
  10. Are you kidding me, they could not touch Dirks. That was one of the most dominating performances I have seen in a while. He has a wicked breaking ball that fooled everyone. The hits he gave up were lucky bloopers. This is really good news considering that Tulane is by far the best team we have faced this year.

Our pitching depth is only outmatched in talent by Rice.
