I also think an Ark win or loss tonite will be good for LSU. If Ark wins, it pretty much kills our chances of winning the west. But at the same time, it will put Ark in the top ten. And us beating them will make two top teams we beat this year on the road. That will make for a good resume to get an at-large BCS bid. I'd still rather win the west to get another crack at UF, but an at-large bid would be cool too.

We just have to pull like crazy for 'Bama to beat Auburn and UT to beat Arkansas and then it won't matter what BCS spot we're in. :thumb:

Ark would be ranked ahead of AU for now, but not after we beat them (assuming that we do beat them--which we have to for this conversation to have any relevance at all). There is no way a 2 loss AU team would be behind a 3 loss Ark team.

I think we have no shot now. Even if MSU pulls the upset and we beat Arkansas that will give them two westerrn division losses. They would be eliminated, and the tiebreaker would go to head to head. Auburn would then go. Of course if Bama beats Auburn and then...
