Exciting, but don't forget Florida was ranked #8 in preseason polls last year and PULVERIZED the preseason #1........not to mention Notre Dame was #3. We still have to play the games, handle our business, and get it done. :thumb:

Getting a little excited there, LVTGRFN? I hope you are right but we do play the other defenses in the SEC and they will be geared to stop any offense. I hope Flynn can produce week in and week out. We've only seen glimpses of him except for one full game. I am looking forward to it though.

consensus tied with Michigan at #2. or #2 because L is b4 M.

From your fingers to God's ears. There's nothing I like more than a dominating SEC defense, but a great west-coast style offense comes close. The thought of the two together does indeed give one chills.

I'm really excited to see how the new offense will play out. And, oh, please, let luck go our way next season.

Everyone please help me with this ranking. This is one coonass that is a long way from home and I always expect my Tigers to make me proud. Tell me how we replace a quaterback, two wide receivers and and a safety that the NFL think were the best in the country ( and I agree ) along with the changes in coaching staff and compete at the highest level right off the bat. I think we did not play our best football until the end of the year last season and expect to see some mistakes early in the this upcoming season. Will it hurt us, I hope not but I am cautiouslly optimistic. I would rather be overlooked then overhyped as the season begins. Your thoughts are welcome. Let me see the light.
