LSU Football tickets to go on Sale

A limited number of football season tickets and individual game tickets will go on sale to existing season ticket holders at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27.

Any remaining tickets will become available to non-season ticket holders starting at noon Sunday, Aug. 28.

About 500 season tickets are available at a cost of $252, according to an LSU news release, plus a "Tradition Fund" fee depending on ticket location.

Individual game tickets are available for LSU's home contests with North Texas, Arizona State on Sept. 10, Appalachian State on Nov. 5 and Arkansas on Nov. 25. Those tickets are $36 each and include no Tradition Fund charge.

Individual game tickets aren't available for LSU home games against Tennessee, Florida and Auburn.

Also from the same article, graphic boards will be installed in Tiger Stadium...

Part of the changes in Tiger Stadium this season will include two new electronic graphics boards that are being installed on the facia of the east and west upper decks.

The graphics boards are 50 feet long and 3 feet high and will feature messages, statistics and player information.

The boards are being installed by LSU's new multimedia rights holder, LSU Sports Properties. Its parent company, Viacom Sports, has installed similar boards in football and basketball venues at Auburn, Arizona State, Florida State, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Kansas, Arizona, Oregon and the Georgia Dome.
