Beautiful Weather here on Campus Any online radio feed for pre-game coverage I can tune in to? Specifically to hear if there are any rain delays.
Re: Beautiful Weather here on Campus there will be lightning delays. Everytime there is a lightning strike within 6 miles of the stadium the game is delayed 20 minutes from that strike. The weather channel is forcasting "heavy" thunderstorms until about 9, and then normal thunderstorms until about 2 a.m. This could be a very late start if the lightning keeps up like it is now.
Re: Beautiful Weather here on Campus I just moved to southdowns(2 miles from LSU) from prairieville and it has been lightning pretth close in the last 40 minutes.

I passed on 4 tickets cause I can't bring my self to go and leave the kids at home. The wife was concerned about bringing them with the weather. "A poor excuse is better than no excuse"? I regretted it all afternoon, just imaging being in the stadium. :redface: Be safe out there, do us proud by doing it loud, and hope y'all enjoy.
Re: Beautiful Weather here on Campus Well, I have my dad with us for this game and we're sitting in my office here nice and dry.. for now.. I don't know what Hawthorne is smoking but he just reported that the rain has stopped and that the last lightning strike was at 7:36. Definitely still pouring here...
