since hurricane katrina, I havent had high speed access, only dial up, so if this was mentioned before hand, excuse me...

but in the first two games, lsu allowed 7 points if my memory serves me correct, in the first half of BOTH games combined... and then, defensive lapses...

arizona state simply destroyed the LSU D in the second half, and Im not going to talk about the tennessee game...

The MSU game was... well an MSU game... Im not sure you can put too much into the defenses play in that game... it's MSU... the same MSU we shut out last year..

so my question is this... Is the defense in horrible condition? or do our coaches refuse to make any second half adjustments, and the coaching staffs are just keying what they think would have worked in the first half, and making it happen in the second?

Yeah, it's MSU....but I was certain that MSU would be better this season--especially since they hung fairly tough vs UGA last week.

I wasn't so worried about a "W" as much as I was about the way we would get it. I'm fairly satisfied with the performance by LSU yesterday. We did exactly what a top 10 team SHOULD do to lesser talent--dominate them. Outside of the long TD pass to opening up the scoring, we did just that.
