David Lafleur TE Gold Jerseys (not sure of result or game) 94-96? (Lafleur was drafted in '97) Rondell Mealey (Bowl MVP) 1997 Independence Bowl LSU - 29 ND - 9 2007 "Tiger Rag" Game LSU - 34 Tul - 9 I thought there was a game (late 90's) where they wore solid purple pants, but I can't find a photo of that one. You guys got any other pics? Personally, I don't mind the white helmets with the gold jerseys, but todays get up was pretty nasty.
We wore the gold jerseys with the gold helmets in '96 against Vandy because they wouldn't let us wear white at home since we took DiNardo from them. Fans were encouraged to wear white.Tigers won 35-0. And we wore the purple pants in '94 at home against Kentucky and lost so we haven't worn them since:laflagwav
And don't forget the white helmets, gold jerseys against Notre Dame in the Indy bowl many moon ago. The Tigers lost a game @ Kentucky under DiNardo in solid purple pants, years ago. The UCLA shoulder stripes were added just prior to the '57 or '58 season, I believe.
I like the White Helmet with Gold Jersey and white pants maybe they can put stipes on the jerseys this time to match the pants. Wish someone could do some pc work so we could see all the different possible uniforms then vote.
