LSU License Plates

    Anyone know if the state still issues LSU license plates? I know theysuspened it for a bit but someome told me they restarted the program...

    I know they will be issuing UL license plates soon.. heh

    As of about 4-5 months ago, they were still suspended. (I was trying to get one). But what p***ed me off even more than that, was that a former Marine was in there at the same time and wanted to get a USMC plate. Guess what those were on hold also. A man who fought for his country in Vietnam couldn't put USMC on his car because there was a court debate about pro-life vs pro-choice? WTF is wrong with this country?

    I thought the easy way to solve it was to let the pro-abortionists to have one that says, "Choose Murder". Fair's fair...

    That's an arguement for a different thread. I just saw no point in banning all specialty plates because of an arguement between only 2. Ban anything supporting either of the 2 sides in disagreement until the court case is settled, and leave all the other one's alone.

    Why would Louisiana issue University of Louisville plates?

    Why not? The state of Tennessee issues them for every SEC school...except LSU.
