Just talked to one of my buds close to the hog program and he expects LSU to win easily as Jones may not even be able to play ... and he's even betting big on LSU.

Jones certainly will not be effective running against LSU and there's no trace of that 4.4 speed ... he's closer to 5.0 while he's been limpin and gimpin'.

Only bad weather in War Memorial Stadium could keep this one low scoring and close and fraught with Turnovers ... and that's not gonna happen

    http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/USAR0336.html

Friday Weather forecasts a gametime 60F high (48F low) with mostly sunny weather

SMASHMOUTH SEC FB and leftover Turkey ... it doesn't get any better than that

Happy Thansgiving to all you true Tigers out there!

I don't know if that can happen ... you gotta score lots of points to win easy!

No kidding. I was beginning to think the compound lost power, and he had no internet access. Then again, he might be working a lot of OT so he can settle up with his bookie. Big bets mean big juice, and going 50-50 means a losing season from the wallets perspective.

Come on Ramah. You can pull it out with a couple of games left.

Jones does hold the key for this team to pull off the upset. Even if he is limpin and gimpin, as Ramah alluded to, that would serve basically the same purpose as him not being on the field. Major advantage, LSU.

    How is Arky's running attack?

Is Cedric Cobb still there, if so its decent, but still a non factor in my opinion because they dont have a good arial attack. Just stack the line and post a linebacker to shadow Jones and hopefully CW and TD can play decent Man to Man on Ark's recievers.

Cobb was a senior last year. So I don't know who is their main back now.

Cobbs plays for the Pats now, I believe. The Hogs use a committee of running backs: Birmingham, Howard, Poole, and the Frosh FB Hillis (this kid is very, very good).

Watch out for their monster receiver, true frosh Monk. Kid is 6'6" and has phenomenal hands.

Their defense is poor, so you'll have many opportunities to score. Their DL is undersized, as are their LBs, and their DBs can't tackle.

    Isn't that Ark Monk's son?

I remember them spotlighting him on some highlights a few weeks back, some monster game he had.
