i dont think the margin teams win against mediocre teams deserves much weight. they suffer letdowns which is normal and why you dont go around comparing who beat whom by how much each week. you do however compare how you fare vs quality teams in the important games. bama will play conservatively and win. I think USC routs ND. as much as i love weis, he is outmanned all over the field here especially on defense. i look for SC to start sluggish as they have previously then light up this irish squad late. SC wins this one going away. all these games vs bad teams are on the road showing how much weight goes into home field advantage that is worth a look even on bad teams. road teams are happy to leave with just a win.
