Not that stats matter...I am not saying that...LSU won where it matters...

Well, we definately need to work on defending the toss when the offense is in a bunched formation. Irons made a living on that play tonight and I guarantee we'll see it again against Bammer.

The problem wasn't the defense it was the offense.
Those breakaways didn't happen the first half, the defense was tired the second
half and gave up those big runs for that reason!

I'll give the credit to Irons myself, the guy was on a roll and ran with incredible authority. And as for the yards, I really don't care all that much.

One thing to keep in mind..... Kenny Irons was a backup substituting for the injured Brad Lester. When you face Bama, you will be facing a RB that is considered by most people around the conference to be the best RB in the league.

Most of you know what a fan I am of Addai, and most of you know how much I detest Alabama, but you gotta' give Darby his props .... the kid is a sho'nuff S-T-U-D and will present a challenge for even the best of defenses.

Good luck and beat bama !

I think that Miles is doing a good job and I think that defense is doing a great job, but Jimbo is not very good. Jamarcus is hurt and is having trouble hitting his receivers so I can understand toning down the throwing game, but the 3rd and 2 where Jimbo tries the QB sneak is a terrible call. I mean you have Jo in the backfield who will not be denied and you have a QB who can not run and is hurt.

It more like 3rd and 1/2 yard and he makes it easy if he doesn't trip over the guard's legs. He would have gained 3.
