  3. The single-game record for college baseball attendance is 21,043 (TCU vs. Texas at the Ballpark at Arlington on March 4, 1996). The largest overall college baseball crowd was 24,859 for a two-game session featuring Miami, Alabama, Rice and Oklahoma State at the 1999 College World Series at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Neb.

The largest Louisiana crowd for a college game is 13,695 (a tripleheader Feb. 25, 1996, featuring LSU, Tulane and UNO against Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Southern Mississippi at the Superdome in the Winn-Dixie Showdown).
