I found out later that it was a rebroadcast of an earlier competition, still fun to watch. We lost a close one, probably to a little home cooking in Tusca.
Records don't matter as much in gymnastics as that 197 the girls put will. A 197 on the road will really boost their average when regional meets start. We will likely host another regional this year.
That sounds good. I was able to attend the regional lst year at teh PMAC and the tigahs smoke the other teams. I thought Bama and the Dawgs were going to be there but I was wrong. Still went for Coach Breaux and company so it was good. By the way who is the big guy that was always with the gymnastics team.
Man, I have really got too brush up on my gymnastics. I haven't got a clue about what ya'll are talking about.
4 peices of equipment = vault, beam, floor, uneven bars. 6 girls perform during each of 4 rotations. The lowest score is thrown out. They add all the 5 highest together after each rotation. Perfect score after all 4 rotations is 200.00.
I have been to 4 away meets and LSU is the only place that heckles the other teams. We have by far the best gymnastics atmosphere.
