Yep, I don't see how a 1-loss LSU jumps a 1-loss Miami. Just won't happen. Too bad we can't get them in the Sugar if we win out.
Would LSU go ahead of a 1 loss USC or UT team? Right now, we're getting killed in the computer polls and it would be interesting how much either of those teams would drop if they lost.
I really have no idea how a USC or Texas loss would shake out. I would say that with the hype they've been given, they'd probably stay ahead of us in the rankings. But then again, I remember how much hype Oklahoma was getting before the Big XII Championship game, but after that loss the media treated them like they were some MAC team. I think it would depend on how USC or Texas were to lose, honestly. This is just the human polls, mind you. In the computers, I think LSU will be one of the worst 1-loss teams this year. We've just had really bad luck this year on the SOS front.
