LSU's Women's bracket starting to open up nicely

    First Penn State, the #4 seed in the bracket loses. Now #3 seed Texas loses to #6 Georgia just about an hour ago. #5 DePaul survived a first round scare as well.

    All that is left in LSU's path to the final 4 is #2 seeded Duke. I would not be surprised to see them lose their 2nd round game, or lose to Georgia in the Sweet 16 round.

    Could easily be an LSU/Georgia regional final.

    I'm liking LSU's chances right about now.

    damn, cya UT. that hurts my feelings.

    some of those first rd games were brutal. many reminded me of dream team/angola.


    I like LSU's chances bigtime. the finals will be when I begin to worry.

    so it wasnt a good day for Dean Smith yesterday when Pat Summit passed him up for all time wins (not sure of the comparison) and Coach K passed him for ncaa trny wins.

    the only thing that has me worried is that the MIGHT have to face BAYLOR in the Final Four game. And that will be like WW3 both teams are outfreakingstanding.

    Baylor is the flavor of the month amongst the media heads and this time I think they're right. Baylor is the worrysome team for me as well but im not supposed to worry til finals.

    more likely a case of lickety split in this instance anyhow.
