Marcus Spears out for a month

    Sprained a knee AND an ankle AND pulled a groin in drills. Bad luck for Marcus. When you get that far behind in your rookie season you can almost write off the whole year. Let's hope he heals quickly and completely and gets in some meaningful playing time this year.

    I'm sure he's disappointed but its better than writing off your whole career !

    His injuries do not appear to be as serious as initially reported. He rode a stationary bike during yesterdays practice and Cowboys officials are now estimating 2-4 weeks.
