Quarterback coach Jimbo Fisher says that backup quarterback Matt Flynn has been limited by a shoulder injury this season. "That was something that happened at the beginning of the (season)," Les Miles said. "His shoulder, going through the first couple of games, was sore." Flynn played a little in Saturday's victory over Fresno State. Source: Baton Rouge Advocate
Old old old old old old old news. The news about a sore throwing arm/shoulder was in the papers well over a month ago.
It seems like Coach Miles tries to keep ALL of the injuries as close to the vest as possible. Sometimes things leak out and he has to respond to that.
Okay so now that this is out or at least talked about publicly be the staff is that a more of RP and less of Flynn heads up. Nothing against Flynn or for RP just wondering if that is what we are going to see.
This has been public news for quite sometime. I remember at the beginning of the season reading about Matt Flynn's shoulder being sore on several very public sites, including lsusports.net and this one too. All you gotta do is read a little more.. "The truth is out there." (Couldn't resist)
