Lets just say I'm surprised he would have any inkling about any team, since he is one of the troy boys boy toy. Bank it, he's very very right about this one though. :hihi:

If the coach is talking like this, he's seen enough to know this team is on a mission to erase that bad cap one memory, and is capable of winning in "Grandest Fashion" and after LSU Destroys everyone in their path, all the talking heads (especially Hayes) will complain about everybody else being down or rebuilding. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
Doesn't sound to me like he's bashing at all. 1) Miles isn't one to publicly pop off about his team and its ability--even to a bunch of boosters. I think Hayes is saying that idle boastfulness is not the usual M.O. for Miles, that there must be sump'n goin' on roun' heah. And that something is? 2) LSU is going to be really, really good.

Agreed. Most of the publications and media I've seen have LSU as the favorite in the West and one of 3 teams that will win the SEC. Most seem very complimentary about Miles. IMO, the preseason polls are garbage anyway.... better to wait and see how thay look at the end of September. :thumb:
Matt Hayes is all over LSU and Les Miles, He is on Brando's Radio show from time to time and a couple a months ago Hayes said, "If Russell plays like he did in the Capital One Bowl no team can beat LSU, not even USC"
