well it is between us and auburn now to win the west. Without Mcfadden they will be nothing. What an idiot, now they will get smoked by USC and I was looking forward to watch DM run all over the trojans.

An Update: http://hogs-hill-sec.blogspot.com/ UPDATE (evening of 7/29) McFadden has had surgery on his toe and will be back possibly for Alabama on Sept 23 and for sure at Auburn on Oct 7. Here's the story as we understand it from different sources, particularly those in the know at Hogville.net McFadden and his brother interrupted some guys stealing his brother's car at a Little Rock bar parking lot A scuffle happened and McFadden's big toe was smashed. He was wearing flip flops and had no protection on his feet The "perps" jumped in McFadden's brother's car and drove off as police were arriving and have not been apprehended There are apparently no laws or team rules that have been identified as broken at this point. There were no charges filed for anything relating to McFadden and the club/bar is for those 18 and up.
I agree. And for our sakes, we need him to play against Bama on like week 3, who I think will be a bigger challenege thann Arkansas.
