Two different people have told me that he is going to be the star of the line. I find it hard to believe with Spears, but was wondering has anybody else heard this? I was told that he is extremely quick for being so big!
Oliver is our lightest lineman in the starting four But he's due a big year and he's cat quick at 275 and 20+ lbs under the rest in weight. If I had a choice ... a Pollack or an Oliver ... there'd be no choice ... Melvin Oliver of course. Oliver will deliver this year but teams will run at him ... :hihi: I can't wait. there is a talent drop off from Marquise Hill to Oliver, but Melvin will play Sundays too ... bank it.
I say none of 'em ... but the pundits compare Spears to Pollack I've seen what happens when Pollack goes up against a big quick man :hihi: Ive seen what happens when Spears goes up against the same. Spears is better ... no contest ... but let the white boy get his hype!!! When game time comes ... LSU is gonna pound hiz azz again for serious yardage and keep him off balance. The only thing Pollack's gonna sack in Athens with LSU in town is his own lunch. Now, which OLman is Pollack gonna have to face??? Quiz time
according to UGA he takes 3 OL to handle him. So if its just one, we will have no chance but I'd let Nate Livings take the light duty.
