Football Sports Information Director Rick Korch was relieved of his duties when school technicians discovered the disturbing images on his office computer. And he would have gotten away with his perverted passion, had he not complained about his computer having problems. According to a Coral Gables police search warrant that was executed on Feb. 25, Korch made a request of university technicians that his computer be checked because it was running slowly. Korch provided his user name and password to university technician Alberto Perez, who discovered files in the computer of sexually-explicit material, according to the search warrant. Included in the files was a video of a man having sex with a “prepubescent female” and images revealing “scantily clad females who appeared to be between the ages of 10 and 15 years old in sexual type poses.” Under a folder titled “Season Recaps,” university technicians found other images of children engaged in sexual conduct. According to police, one child was estimated to be between 6 and 8 years old.
if you want to look at porn, fine... probably all guys have done that 1 time, or have been sent a nasty email and clicked it accidentally, but why child porn? that is just psychotic. That Miami job is one of the best in the country in that it's a high-dollar program and you get to live in a beautiful place. Talk about career down the drain.
amazing...ya know, not only is the guy disturbed enough to find some satisfaction with this but dumb enough to peruse it while at work and then he goes one better and saves it on his work comp. okay, so then my question would be this: does Miami not have any kind of system in place to prevent this or catch someone doing this type stuff when it's being done off their own servers or whatever? I mean, I would think that most places have something that polices it's employees in this regard, but since my work doesn't have internet service (only intranet), I'm kind of ignorant to this type stuff.

Not normal for guys over like 15, but still. :wave: Child porn = unacceptable under any stretch of the imagination at any time. Doing it at work = unacceptable under any stretch of the imagination.
