Just saw this on ESPN. He must've really pissed some players off. I'm not a big RichRod fan, but this sounds like players who liked it better when they didn't have to work hard. I couldN'T care less about Michigan...or ANY team in the Big 11...but I hope there is no truth to the accusations.

Rich Rodriguez will NOT be the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines in 2011.

If that's so....cue the Les Miles to Michigan rumors on ESPN again. :hihi:.

I would think that Rodriguez is smarter than this.

I think the bigger story is that they spent 2-3 times more time on required workouts and they still sucked?

Michigan (and Rich Rod's) problems go much deeper than simple limits on practice times.

Besides, I'd be surprised if you can find any program in D-1 that doesn't regularly bend the rules regarding practice limits. This is much ado about nothing , IMHO.

all teams do this, the part that amazes me is the fact that these kids all ratted on him. What does this say about the kids work ethic and the respect that RichRod has in the Michigan locker room.
