Was LSU's head coach even watching the same game?! Snead had his best game as a collegiate, and he left Tiger Stadium without a stain on his jersey. If CLM wants to see opposing QB's running for their lives, he should watch film of the Tiger D of 2003. http://media.2theadvocate.com/audio/miles+ole+miss_112208.mp3 :tigereye:
Other than the Marlon Favorite sack, Snead looked like he could go pro after this season. More coach speak.
The game that I watched- Snead was pressured 3-4 times, but the rest of the game we had ZERO pressure. I saw him stand in the pocket as we rushed 4 and dropped everyone else into some kind of coverage. Then I saw Snead make a good throw to a WIDE OPEN receiver for a big gain. BTW, I wonder what our opponent's 3rd down conversion percentage is on 3rd and long? Obvious passing downs and our D can't get off the field. :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
Well, considering that we were lead to believe all season that JJ was a BREC QB, it's not a surprise.
Yeah, you're right. Miles has been lying to everyone. JJ is an all-star QB already and has clearly performed that way in every practice. I mean, did you SEE him pass for 130 yards against the worst pass defense in the SEC?
Oh, c'mon. All I am saying is that Miles has been somewhat misleading to the press, and there is NO arguing that. Against UGA, he said he would only change TWO defensive plays. He also said after the Florida loss that the defense was "ready for all the stuff." Bullcrap. If I am to honestly believe that, I would be lead to believe he is a moron. BUT I know he was only covering for his players and defensive coaches (i.e., coach speak). At this point, I hope he cuts the bull, and fires Mallory and Peveto. And had JJ been worked more and more onto the field this season, he would be far better than Lee. They made JJ sound like he couldn't tie his own shoes, and you know what I meant.
