    Go ahead and tell us!

Some of you guys are quick! I didn't even get the poll posted! I have tried a lot of coffee at home, drank Starbucks for about a year, lite note. Then I couldn't find lite note in the grocery, but they had 12 new ones, that I didn't like that much. I went back to Community New Orleans blend with chicory (and saved a couple bucks a pound), and I've been with it ever since (it was my main squeeze for years anyhow). Tastes good with half and half, and two teaspoons of sugar.

This is a take off on the friedriches thread.

And just a comment, Cajunlostincali has one COOL tiger in his signature, just thought I'd throw that out there!

    HOT.

Community at home when I can get it! Shame to say but Starbucks is free at work. If black label beer was free I would drink that too!

Yet, here you are posting in a coffee thread. Kinda like me in a Video Game thread, I guess.

Anyway, I drink Community when I'm home and Starbucks when I'm on the road.

three different brands that i use pretty much equally.

community that i use in the percolator. i love my grandmothers percolator.

either starbucks or pj's (or a blend of both) that i used in my automatic espresso maker.

my big splurge to myself a few years ago was a fullly automatic espresso maker. i load the beans in the hopper and the water in the water tank. all i have to do is press a couple of buttons and it grinds the beans, brews the espresso (or coffee, depending on the setting), then dumps the grounds. its great in the mornings when i can barely function!

my wife loves the community between roast so i drink that b/c she buys it.

however i was at an expo for work and community was there and the guy there made me a cup of these two coffees and they were both awesome: (brazil santos bourbon and the columbian)

Brazil Santos Bourbon Arabica Coffee from Community Coffee

Colombia Trial Size from Community Coffee

when i'm on the road, mcdonald's actually has pretty good coffee these days.

oh and my mom likes the folger's dark roast, when i visit, it's actually pretty good.

edit: remember you out of towners, you can buy community online.

Houston makes its concessions to its cajun constituency, there is Community pretty much everywhere in the grocery stores. Some have a bigger selection of varieties of Community, but you can always get the basics. New Orleans blend looks pretty popular.

Community Dark Roast, and I brew it strong. Black with one blue sweetener per cup. I usually add one cream on the road. And man-law forbids the use of flavored creamers.

My bro-in-law is one of the few, or maybe the only, brewer/packager for River Road coffee. I can get loads of that stuff all the time but there's just something missin.....

The Café au Lait (with the dark roast instead of New Orleans blend) at CCs is very good.
