MSU players eligible for opener

    MSU coach Croom said that six suspended players will not be penalized further and will be eligible for the opener on Aug. 31 against USC. The original charge of felony assault on a police officer was reduced last week. The off duty officer supposedly asked for lessor charges. Personally, I think he should have to apoligize to the players for HIS attack on those poor little SEC atheletes.:hihi:

    I'd hate to see State's team without those guys because they surely aren't much with them...
