Yeah.. the courts are the Nobility of the modern age... mostly appointed, serve for life, and can tell us what to do despite how we vote.

i was in San Francisco two weeks ago and wore my LSU gear around. I went to disnleyland this saturday and ran into a few LSU folk. I got a few comments from some USC people. Kinda funny. :geauxtige
why would they care in S.F.? USC is in Southern Cal! I'm going to l.a. in may and can't wait to see what kind of trouble my shirts get me into. Too bad that Shaq isn't still out there....you know, for backup.
actually, in the case to which you are referencing, they're not telling anyone what to do, only what they can do. just b/c it's legal out there doesn't mean ppl have to do it. it's more messed up for ppl who don't even have to make that decision to tell others that they cannot do it. america was founded on personal freedoms. and it's a sad state of affairs when the granting of such is frowned upon.
