My player of the game...

Discussion in 'The Tiger's Den' started by LSUBayouBengals, Nov 25, 2005.

  1. Has to be Melvin Oliver although Kyle Williams, Claude Wroten, LaRon Landry and other defensive guys played very well. It's a good thing too..... we needed every play made as often as possible in this one.

He was all over the place... Had Laron caught a few of the balls he dropped, he takes the cake though

Not pushing him for POG, but Kuale looked solid in his first extended playing time. He was filling holes very quickly and standing the RBs up or pushing them back. He's going to be an asset vs. UGA.

  6. EJ is always good, so is Ali.

The entire D-line is ruthless! It seemed like at least one of them was in the backfield every play.
The bad snap on the punt that resulted in a safety.......I could just see the deep snapper looking like that guy on the Water Boy. Trembling and about to piss himself.

The entire defense did great in stopping the run. The pass defense had some lapses and a few dropped INTs. If that unit can create more turnovers it would greatly help the offense, and get them some more rest.

I gotta say my POG would be Oliver as well, in his last game at TS, he made some huge plays.

Skyler played well as well, despite not getting in the end zone he had some big plays.

Those are my players of the game offensive and defensively.
