I will go with Demetrius Byrd. Six3's wallpaper thread reminded me of starting this one, something I had thought of doing a couple of days ago but forgot all about.

That catch against Auburn still resonates in my mind. And what a great person to boot.

So many great ones to choose from, who are you most looking forward to seeing take the field in '08?

Colt David cause I bet batty he would go 78% or more on anything over 40 yards over his season. I loves a great kicking game. :champs:

I started with 80% and realized maybe I was biting off a bit more then I can chew. She is a good haggler. 75% just wasn't going to happen. I'll take the 78! With the confidence building from last season, running touch down, and a big fat ring I am confident he is there.

Deuce Byrd. Remember that video of him talking about how he wanted to win the Biletnikoff Award this year? He's aiming to turn heads, and I think he'll do it. The guy was money last year for us in his first year with the program. I can't wait to see year two.

It's a tie between Richard Murphy and Demetrius Byrd for me.

    Early Doucet.

This was his year to set himself up as the man, but he had a freak injury that kept him out of several games and hindered him for the rest. He never complained or got down, but instead immediately settled down our WR corp in the last few games when he returned. Made his key catches in games, and if reading Byrd's quotes are to be believed, passed on his leadership skills.

Can't thank you enough Early. :geaux:

I'm gonna say Big Herman - fires me up to watch that mountain of a man sprint behind the RB into the endzone to congratulate them. From my perspective, he personifies team.

Ciron Black is a very, very close second.

Is it obvious I was a center in high school?
