  2. Quarterbacks will obviously tilt the table the most with this rule in place.

    What will be the second most pivotal or impactful position?

    Is it a lineman like left table or edge rusher? Center is invaluable and often overlooked. Kicker could be enormous for a contender to fix.

    I think it'll be interesting to see which role ends up being the second most sought after to fill.
