I think that is a tribute to Miles. One of his strengths, really, was to run a clean program and/or keep details in-house. I say it that way b/c Honey Badger had like 15 failed tests for MJ, or something like that. Not many knew about any of it until he was released and that saga began.

But Fulton is only guilty of one violation. He thought he was being tested for weed, not peds. After they cought him with fake piss his real piss tested negatively for peds. The test find show he had smoked because that's not what he tested for. One year is punishment enough. In this case the penalty exceeds the offense. It's like giving somebody hard time for shoplifting a candy bar.
