Through 1st 6 games this year compared to Suh's final season. LSU also went up against better competition during this span.

    Suh:

    36 total
    19 solo
    17 assisted
    10.5 tackles for loss
    3 sacks

    Nevis:

    33 Total
    21 solo
    12 assisted
    12 tackles for loss
    6 sacks

Funny, I just told my Florida Gators cohort here at work that Nevis reminds me so much of Suh as being a total disruptor in the middle.

not surprising nevis has been a force this year. The guy has really come into his own for us, and is a key point on our d line.

Just think Nevis got to learn from Pelini and Chavis.

Hopefully Nevis has a similar performance in the SECCG as Suh did in the Big 12 CG

Nah, it's because he's been watching Bama film, so Miles is still winning with Nick's players.

ummm there is no way you can define nevis asw a bama player , i grow tired of the miles haters excuse"he did on saban's players" because that implies that all that matters is recruiting simple fact of the matter is Les miles had a 2 year drop of because of the loss of ryan periloux and were right back on track now that weve had a few years to build qb's

There are no words in the English language to properly describe this much fail, so I'm not even going to attempt it.

Very good points, and I have been amazed at Nevis's performance this year, just a helluva player. As to the QB thing, let me ask you this: I was very impressed with Jefferson against Georgia Tech in 2008. I thought, Whoa, where have they been keeping this kid? Do you think that JJ has developed well since that bowl game?
