That's crap. The 4-5 hour games come from all the commercial breaks. Why not do something about those instead. Yeah, like that idea would really fly.:dis:

    • The first rule bans eye shields that aren't clear.
So are dark visors banned now? Thats stupid

The dark visors have been banned for medical reasons... not because a QB thinks there's some advantage if a DB can't "read his eyes".(From 20 yards away, all they see is where his head is turned, not his "eyes").

However, there have been cases of "medics" not being able to clearly see the eyes of an injured player, who is wearing a tinted visor, and thus not being able to evaluate the extent of the injury. Because of the reluctance to remove the helmet in these situations, tinted visors have been banned and only clear ones can be used.

    Hope that helps.

The U is not going to like this new rule very much. It is going to look like a totally different team w/o all the tinted visors.

what they should do is now show ads after the touchdown, PAT, and kickoff

just make more of the stuff in game, instead of geico ads, just have the geico history thing, or is that aflac. obvoiusly it doesnt matter to me lol

i wouldnt be concerned if they had more little stuff like that. by adding this rule, its changing the game itself. THAT is changing the integrity of the game.
