I once came across two sailors fighting, after hours. I asked why they were fighting. The answer was the fight was about who was in charge. I ate that up and told them I loved guys fighting to be in charge. "No sir, neither of us wants to be in charge!" Well I can fix that too. I put a real sharp E-4 in charge of both E-5's and left it that way on follow on duty days. I went out of my way to shame the slackers. Hell, George Patton was compassionate compared to me. I busted both of them within a couple of months. No problem.
