I guess if they DO in fact hire Martinez, then Russell is THE NO.1 PICK without any competition. The guy is currently Russell's trainer, and he has expressed how much Russell's talent amazes him, and this way, Russell will be in good hands in Oakland. Wonder why Alameda isn't reporting anything, anyhow.. maybe JR could turn things around for Oakland, but thats just a pit of despair IMO. hate to see a QB of JR's caliber going don't that blackhole. Guess ya never know though.
