I am not familiar with the particulars of the NFL declaration deadline for underclassmen. Is there a set time on Monday (15th) for the deadline – like 5 p. m. ET? What is required --- written notice to the NCAA, your school, public announcement?
I didnt research it but if I remember correctly, players have to sign by midnight to be eligible for the draft.
