Those were the days, eh?

 

I was at the game. The atmosphere in the stadium was unvbelievable. In my opinion Ole Missy should have let Ellie wear #8 for the game, the crowd would have literally errupted if he would have run onto the field with that jersey with Archie in attendance. Instead:

 

Interesting. To bad you could not have found one for the Blue Grass Miracle.

 

Kind of reminds me of a throw at the 5 yard line to end the game...

Listen to Saban's comments after the game. He was happy, but admitted that it was a totally lucky play and that he felt sorry for the Kentucky players. Classy guy.

Miles would be like, "Uhh... um.. uhh... we won. It was a uhh... uh... good effort. Uhh.. we beat them... and he threw it... and uhh... it was in the air... and uhh it was caught ... um for a ... you know, touchdown."

 

I dont ever remember seeing that commentary after the game. I guess even 4 years later that play looks even better!! Gave me goosebumps too!!
