Really? The Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association has a Hall of Fame. Yes it is always nice to be honored for the good things you have done but at what point does it just become redundant and somewhat annoying. He is already in the College Baseball Hall of Fame and the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame, and the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. I'm sure he'll be elected to the Southeast Lousiana Baseball Hall of Fame next or the Baaseball Coaches Who Coach Good and Do Other Things Good Too Hall of Fame next, at some point the praise from stupid stuff diminishes and trivializes his accomplishments.

The real question is does he get into The Baseball Hall of Fame?

KALB use to be an NBC station... Times have changed in CENLA. Yes, I'd welcome him back as our AD.

5 was NBC - is it 21 that is CBS? T.B. Landford was a good friend of the family before he died years ago.

:geaux: Don't know. They both show "Channel 5" when you watch either one. They show up as 5-1 (NBC) and 5-2 (CBS) on my Direct TV Guide, even though I get them through an antenna seperate from my satellite system. Don't know who owns the station now, but they're not a local group/individual. :LSU231:
