No More Welcome To Death Valley sign? WTF???

    In that reville article this morning it said that the construction company has removed the Welcome To Death Valley sign and is going to sell it!! All I can say is that there better be a new one, that is one of my favorite features at LSU, remember when ESPN.com's Jim Caple came to a game and wrote that the Welcome To Death Valley sign was "like walking into Hell and seeing a sign that says "Satan invites you to enjoy eternal damnation""?

    This must not stand!

    I knew that the construction company would be able to take that sign, but I always assumed they would just make another one. I think there could be a revolt if they don't have a new "Welcome to Death Valley" sign there come next season!

    Unacceptable without a replacement. Simply unacceptable.

    I suspect this is much ado about nothing...NO WAY can they be this foolish, huh?
