Dungy has had a rough week...Losing his first game of the year and way more importantly losing his son
Dungy is a strong Christian man with strong faith...this is tragic...however he will press on and win the Super Bowl this year. Book it.
It's not confirmed yet, but it is suspected to be a suicide. I really hope it isn't. No matter how horrible it must be to have a family member murdered or die through some sort of accident, i cannot fathom what it must be like to have one commit suicide. Even though it isn't really your fault, there is just that nagging doubt as to "what could i have done to help him better through tough times" or "why didn't i see that he was having this much problems". Nobody should ever go through that. Plus there is the knowledge of how much mental anguish that the person had to go through to make them consider that :bncry:
Dungy is a class act. My favorite coach in the NFL, white or black. Glad he was having such a great season. It is a shame this happened. I couldnt imagine. Im not much of a holy man but I will think and pray for his family. What a horrible thing. The holidays will never be the same again for his family.
