Rivals says we are at 20. How many do we sign this year? Don't we have to hold a couple of them for Collins (hopefully) and maybe another at the very end of the period?

With a quick count around 17, counting Josh D.(Red-Shirt in question). You also have Mo that could come out. RR is another that could come out. It looks to be another full year of signing. Grey-Shirts also come into play. But I like where this class is heading. Looking at need and depth.

    So far

    0 5 star
    10 4 star
    9 3 star
    1 2 star

We have a great shot at 5 star Collins, obviously. The DE Edwards is also an interesting situation to keep an eye on.

In speaking with Bhelm, looks like at a minimum 3 of our 3 star players will be upgraded to 4 star and our 2 star recruit will most certainly be a 3 star.

I also suspect 3 of the remaining 4 recruits we pick up between now and NSD besides Collins will also be 4 star.

That final result could look something like:

    1 5 star
    16 4 star
    8 3 star

3.72 avg rating, slightly higher than what we have averaged in the Les Miles era of recruiting. That's roughly 2350-2500 points.

That would be another top 5 class most likely, worst case 6th or 7th.

Looking at this year 79 players have played in games. 34 players have started a least one game. Kids want to play, come to LSU, play and win.
