Honestly haven't been following too closely. Watching today, there are some major hicups aren't there?

-Minimal numbers of people able to "join". Whatever that means.

-People not being able to "If you like the one you have you'll be able to keep it, I promise."

-People getting tossed from "their" and forced to join an "Obama" plan.

    What else?

And NC, no horshyt in this thread. There are testimonials out there about how this black bastard's "plan" is tanking so far.

There are many articles about this and also how the administration's lack of transparency is criminal. Too bad the Rs were foolishly shutting down the government when the HC plan was being implemented. The fire drill it has become would have been the best argument for radical changes there is. The one below is taken from the Huffington Post and written by some one who was for Obamacare. NC, Red and all you Obama defenders please defend this shyte.

    Dam good read. Scary though.

Reminds me of that line in the movie Top Gun.

Officer: Both Catapults are broken, sir.
Stinger: How long will it take?
    Officer: It'll take ten minutes.
Stinger: Bullshit ten minutes! This thing will be over in two minutes!

What's to defend? The article isn't critical of Obamacare; It's about how the website was poorly set up. Even Obama is critical of that. The website has absolutely nothing to do with the healthcare law. That's like blaming a dying Live Oak on campus of last week's loss to Ole Miss.

If people live in a state that cares enough about them to open a healthcare exchange, then they're is good shape. If they're not, then you should raise hell at your state leaders for failing to follow the law and making it hard for you. Otherwise you're going to have to wait a couple weeks until the bugs are sorted out.

    LOL. Read it again.
Enrollment is through the website; website (like government) is disfunctional; if so many people aren't enrolled by certain time it's doomed.

Defend these lies Obama told: Not only no $2500.00 savings but an increase PLUS not being able to keep what we have, if we like it. When you fuck with people's insurance and/or retirement, you'd better be careful.

Horseshit. The goddamn website is tanking, you ignoramus. Not the Health Law. Some contractors are going to get fired.

Tiga, I've never needed horse shit to refute your bull shit.

How in the world can anyone honestly say that the ACA isn't working? The web site has been terrible; no on is denying that. But the web site and the law are two different things. The purpose of the law was to provide health care access to everyone and to lower the average costs that American's pay. I hear so many people say, "My insurance guy told me that my premiums were going to double......" but what else do you expect them to say? That Obamacare is going to save you money and expose the fact that they have been over charging you for the past X amount of years? How do you know that these people are telling you the truth? Lord knows you can't go online to see for yourself and everyone is correct to blast the administration for not beta testing this thing a little better. But before we label this one a "trainwreck" let's see what it really does. If the gub'ment ever gets the web site up and running go and check for yourself....who knows....maybe you'll save a few dollars.
