The concerning part is how ineffective that play has been so far. Given our size up front that bread and butter should really be paying off more than it is. Hopefully that will turn out to be the case as the season progresses.
Truth is, we are not very good. Definitely not a top 20 team. And don't tell me that Vandy is a very good team and has a first round qb like all the bayou billy's did last week. We have top talent just poor coaching.
We just dont have the snap on offense that we usually do on the line for sure, but maybe it is still early in the season. We look like a young team, i guess is what Im saying we look like . any thoughts
“In a week where a lot of college football suffers loss, we played to win. I can tell you that it was not the game that we all had scripted. We would’ve liked to play better than we did, but I like what we did.Certainly, the spirit of this team is set to go into a two-week phase where we’re going to improve. We’re going to work on some things. We’re a very capable team from this point forward, but we have to play better than that, and that will be the push.” - Coach Les Miles Where is the improvement Les??? I am sick of your crap? We are not all idiots???
I can hear it now when the post game interview of CLM, "the weather took us out of our game plan, but I like this team and the way we compete". Total BS-CLM.
Nice job KW!!! Hey plbjr -- there is improvement tonight -- the D is playing much better, no? :geauxtige
