    Tough choices

USM game at the end of the Hallman era stands out.
Definately that Florida game in I think '95 that was like 55-10
Other one I can think of is the Miami game in the early 80's in that hurricane when they just stomped us.

    Yikes

Miami in 88'- 2 friggin hurricanes in DV that night

UAB in 2000 - Josh Booty, nuff' said

Bama in 96' - Lafleur has td called back on opening drive then we missed the field goal. Shaun Alexander introduces himself to the country when he filled inb for an injured Riddle an ran for like 237 yards or something. HORRIBLE. 27-0 was the final I think

#1. The Interception Game versus Auburn. I could still kick Curley Hallman's ass for losing that game.
#2. The last game Jerry Stoval coached, I can't even remember the opponent. The team just went throught the motions and didn't even try hard. First time I remember hearing boos in Tiger Stadium.
    #2. Miami of Ohio. Geez.

That game wasn't in Tiger Stadium.

Of the ones I attended, my list would be:

    1. UAB
    2. Houston (Dinardo's last game)
    3. Bama (When they shut us out in '96 and Sparacino made everyone realize the backup QB isn't always the most popular guy on the team).

There were some great games that I classify as heartbreakers during Dinardo's last year. The 28-27 UGA game, the 39-36 UK (Tim Couch) game, & some other tough losses on the road.

Sorry, didn't see you had identified that one too. That game was so hyped and the outcome couldn't have been worse. If we had scored that opening TD and Herb had stayed in the game, I still believe we could've won that game. That's what made the final score even that much more embarrassing. After Bama beat us again in '98 at home, I was starting to believe in curses.

The worst game by far that I have attended was the last time Bama beat us, I think it was 27-0. My wife is a HUGE Bama fan (great person in everything else, so I overlook that) and she had a really good time. It was miserable for me. Some idiot in an elephant hat ran towards us screaming like a maniac. He never got within arm's distance. :geaux:

I think it was 26-0, yes that was a miserable game.

Also when Alabama shut us out at home 2 years ago, it was brutally cold and the game was miserable...

    Since it is recent,

The UF game of last year really blew because it was so dissapointing,

I would have then throw in the Houston game, that was probably one of the lowest points, UAB was bad but it was the start of the Saban era so we had hope.

As a side note, I toss in (Not in TS) the Cotton Bowl, why because for those of us who live in Texas now, having to listen to that and seeing our Tigers totally dominate the game until the Randall fumble, it was frustrating, plus the fact I had to wake up at 6:00am to watch kick off in 2 hours. I still believe football should never begin before 2:00pm but thats just me.

Yeah I remember that one. We were big underdogs. The forecast was for flood. But we were optimistic, telling ourselves that the rain could change everything, it could be the X-factor that the canes would not be ready for.

Yeah, the rain was a factor that night. But against us, not them. Not only did we get beat bad, but us fans were getting soaked watching it. :bncry:
