Does it strike anyone else as odd that the TWO top contenders to fUSC from 2004 are now "done in week 1". Oklahoma and Auburn. Now, God may intervene and have one or both go 10-1... but the oddsmakers in Vegas and God have always been, well, at odds... and neither will now be anywhere west of Phoenix after January 1st, 2006. The Texas-Ohio State game looms "large"... given the Sooner's performance.... and A&M losing to Clemson... if Texas doesn't lose at tOSU, they may walk into the Rose Bowl.
Let's wait until we win our first game before talking chit. With the UNT game postponed, I see a large possibility of a Week 1 loss. HOw many of you would have bet $10 on TCU beating Oklahoma?
