I recently heard a commentator make the statement that Oklahoma played and convincingly beat a "tough" Tusla team. That is not the first one I heard say such a thing. Oklahoma is absolutely good based on the way they have played this season...BUT...they have not truly been tested. They have the softest schedule I think I have ever seen in a D-1 school. When an SEC team has a lower division or cupcake on the schedule, all you hear is the schedule is being padded. I have not heard this about OU this year at all. I keep looking forward to when they play someone who can truly get in the face of their awesome young quarterback. It's sickening really.:geauxtige

I was gonna reply but it's the same old crap. Any team from the SEC gets down played by the media. Who cares... if we get to play them we win by 28 easy...

They have a weaker than usual schedule because...much like the SEC...the Big 12 is down a little so far this year. They play Texas the same day we play UF. In a normal year, that's a real tough ballgame...and still may be. Texas hasn't looked overly impressive, but that game will tell us a little more.

They also have to play a championship game...which has bitten them before...although they still made it to the BCSNC. Nothing we can do about it though...except have LSU win out and settle it on the field head on. (apply directly to the forehead)

On another note...with all the different 'male enhancement' products out there...I can't believe "Head On" hasn't come out with "HARD ON"...(apply directly to the foreskin):hihi: I slay me!!

I wouldnt say that all SEC teams don't get respect because that is not the case, especially this year. The media loves Texas and OU because the conference is easier to predict. They know one of those teams are big favorites to come out on top year in and year out and the media looks like they know what they are talking about when they give them so much love.

It is the opposite in the SEC. Sure this year LSU and UF are on top but then you have UK that can mix things up, Bama and all the hype that comes with it,etc...

Well they beat convincingly a CUSA team and we can't beat a CUSA team convincingly in Tulane. Tulsa is much better than Tulane.

    Granted it is only halftime.
