If this guy has been coming to Baton Rouge since 1959, and doesn't like the food provided for him, why hasn't he thought of going to a Baton Rouge restaurant Before the game? (A legitimate tax write-off no less..) Think about it...45 years...and this thought has never occurred to this Ole Missy Fan/"Writer" :shock:

Well, all I have to say is if he doesn't like it so much, why has he been coming back for 45 years now? Hell, same with any fans too. I hear them fuss about us on forums, yet each year they show up by the thousands and thousands and rant & rave about how good of a time they're having, then go home and fuss (mostly when they lose).....go figure.

 

Just some hump with a crappy paying job at a small newspaper who does it because he gets free sideline passes, mileage, eats free, and enjoys pretending like he's a big shot. Not much more than a paid message board poster. Pretty much anybody with a high school diploma and Microsoft Word can do it.

 

I sent him a really nice e-mail about his team, his writing skills, and their savior (any future Manning offspring, male or female) :thumb: :rofl:

 

That has got to be the single worst whine I have ever read....

 

this is what makes tiger stadium aka death valley aka roman colesium the most awesome place to watch a football game on earth

 

There is good food and accomodations for real members of the press. Like LSU cares about coverage in Grenada, MS. I can see why this idiot has never moved past such a small town newspaper, but he needs to stop complaining about the way he was treated as such an esteemed member of the press. Join the big leagues and you'll be treated well with good food, in a press box out of the rain.

 

Right you are. I'll admit the bathrooms and concession stands could use a few updates, but the stadium itself is the best there is in my book. And that stadium at Ole Miss is the biggest craphole I have ever watched a game in, although the high school style bleachers in the endzone do add a certain touch of class.
