    Snead, Second string Longhorn QB, has transferred to Ole Miss...must sit out '07.

    That must be an improvement over Sheaffer. If they had a quarterback this year they probably would have won a couple more games, possibly over LSU.

    He was "Second string" but he is legit. From what I understand their was not a lot separating the two and he Snead did see playing time. Here's a link if you're interested: :thumb:

    Snead's no reject. He just had the misfortune of playing behind Colt McCoy, arguably the best freshman QB in the country. I hate to see him go to Ole Miss. Was hoping he'd go to TCU or Houston, other schools he reportedly considered. Ole Miss got a good one.

    It doesn't matter as long as Orgeron is HC. When Orgeron is fired, then it is time to be worried about Ole Miss and the talent they are stockpiling right now.

    Ole Miss has had good QB's before. This doesn't worry me too much.

    Please refer to him as 'Heisman Hopeful Colt McCoy' as the Dallas Morning News directs. It is never too early to start next year's campaign.
