I don't blame 'em. I'd fake an injury for this game too if I watched our D-Line Saturday night. Also says that 3 players quit for 'personal reasons.' I don't blame them, either.

 

Maybe Robert Lane will start at Tailback. Now that would make me laugh!

 

I read somewhere that in addition to his duties at fullback, Lane is also playing WR. Personally, I don't hold it against him that he went to Ole Miss. If he didn't want to face competion I'd just as soon not have him here.

 

I think you can translate "personal reasons" as this - "Personally I don't want to play for this crappy Ole Piss team".

 

yeah lane is playing wr now....he had 4 catches for 116 the other night....look forward to landry laying some hits on him saturday night....

 

I wondered what had happened to Lane and why he wasn't starting QB. Fullback and WR? lol .. poor guy, should have stuck with baseball.
