1. Screw Florida. That's just wishful thinking on their part.

He loved his visit to Florida but also stated he did NOT commit. You think this guy would commit before his official visit to LSU this weekend? Of course not.

And of course most of these players always say how they loved the visit.

Gator fans dream on. LSU will steal him away from you.

Word is that Saban wants 2 more OL commits. And if thats what Saban wants, thats what Saban gets. Deal with that.
  2. sorry dog its confirmed on Tigerrag.com...its on their hotnews...looks like the Gates screwed us again....and maybe also with Xavier.
  3. I'll believe it when he doesn't show up for his visit at LSU this weekend.
  4. He could still visit, but as of now he's committed to Florida.
  5. Have told you before...

that we are not getting Watkins, hope you finally believe me now. we'd better hope Xavier Carter doesn't hang out with Chris Leak all this coming weekend in Gainesville. If you're a receiver, you have to salivate over Leak throwing the ball to you. We Tigers hope and expect it to be the same with Russell and/or Flynn, but Leak has already proven himself an SEC quarterback. I'm guessing it's 50-50 with Carter right now. I think DD 's telling everyone for 2 weeks now that we were going to get Watkins is what made most fans expect his commitment. I think Dandy put too ,uch weight on this kid's Louisiana background. Polk County is and has been Gator Country for decades now.
  6. Carter is really good friends with Joe Cohen as they went to the same high school. That school has been a pipeline to UF. Without Carter's parents and family connections to LSU and Baton Rouge we would not have had that much of a chance I believe. I'm hoping Saban shows Carter just why he needs to come and be a Tiger!!!!
  7. On TigerDroppings a regular poster says that he attends the same church as Carter's Uncle(in BR), and that the Uncle says LSU is a lock.
Maybe Ramah changed his name and started posting there?
  8. Carter may salivate at the thought of Leak throwing the ball, but I bet he cringes at the thought of Zook on the sidelines. Unless Florida can get Spurrier to return to the swamp, their recruiting will suffer. The program, in my opinion is not behind Zook, despite his strong finish this season.
  9. Getting humiliated by Iowa on national TV wasn't much of a strong finish.
