Yep............enjoy this week.....after the Rebs bring you crashing down to earth, you MIGHT get the Independence Bowl. When you count the loss to Arkansas. Coach "O" has been waiting for this.....He has been promised that he will be back next year. He has his eyes on "THE MOUNTAIN". He has a great QB coming in next year. An improved running game...A better defense.

    SOUND FAMILIAR?

I have heard this bs before. As in the BS/bs for qb. Any normal year and I would be pulling for the Rebs, big time........Something must be wrong with me. I keep asking myself, "Why should I want him to get his "signature" win at the cost of LSU having a chance for the NC? If the Rebs win, we sure have him back next year and LSU's title shot is just that....shot...... I'm not even sure, I want to see it close.

Kind of like sliding down a bannister, laughing, having the bannister turn into a razor blade, and finding a pool of alcohol at the bottom.

Truth be told, Reb, Ole Miss game has had me worried since early in the season. Hell, since our come-from-behind OT victory last season, Ole Miss, reguardless of their record, plays us TOUGH! ...as all good rivalry games are supposed to be played.

I believe Ole Miss isn't as bad as their 3-7 record indicates. They seem to be playing to the level of their competition more times than not....either that, or some of the higher profile teams in the SEC just didn't think much of them to bother gameplanning.

There are but a handful of games that the Rebels actually looked bad in (the loss to UGA, loss to Arkansas and in a 7-point win over Northwestern St.). Other than that, I thought Ole Miss could have beaten Florida and possibly SHOULD have beaten 'Bama.

I think it's safet to say that Ole Miss will be fired up to ruin LSU's bid for the BCS title game.

we don't play up to thier level..they play down to ours....

I agree here, but how can you allow NW to score 31 SECOND HALF POINTS...I bet NW would LOVE to play them again.

They will be ready to play. Hardy will "probably" be allowed to return....a friend of mine's son is at OM....good young man.........makes good grades....Marcus Tillman. Majoring in architectual engineering.....OM/LSU and everyone else is after his brother...a sr. in hs this year. Bo Tillman, at Franklin Co. HS.....(I think) 6'9" 290 lbs. I agree, LSU better take them serious. But if they do, should be no ballgame.
